In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Employ various therapeutic techniques and interventions for both individuals and families to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop initial discharge plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with the overall treatment plan.
• Create initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate any additional supportive services as necessary, adjusting these plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services in accordance with facility and professional standards.
• Manage a designated caseload while collaborating with other treatment team members to promote coordinated care for clients.
• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment strategies.

Your work will involve supporting a wide array of clients, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
