• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, incorporating necessary pre-crisis and crisis strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of essential documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to effectively monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies.
• Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client growth.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest level of care.
• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering beneficial connections and referrals for clients.
• Maintain open communication channels to meet contract standards and uphold the agency's mission within the community.
• Establish strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advance program initiatives and explore new funding opportunities.
• Invest in your professional development by attending conferences, pursuing continuing education, and representing the agency at relevant statewide meetings and task forces.
• Uphold and promote the mission, values, and ethical principles of Prime Health Counseling in every facet of your work.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Clinic Director, contributing to various projects that further the organization’s objectives.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will provide compassionate, individualized care to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve lasting wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Active and independent LMHC license.

• Experience working in community health settings or mental health clinics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and screening tools.
• A track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
