This is a remote position available to applicants living in TX Patten Title Company is a Texas Based full-service escrow and title company and widely recognized by the real estate industry. Patten Title provides a fresh, progressive approach to the title insurance industry with teams of professionals that continue to provide real title solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, always seeking to improve, organized and welcomes the challenge of working in a fast-paced title industry Primary Responsibilities: Review title requests and enter property & party information into the escrow processing platform for all Escrow Teams and Fee Attorney offices to begin the title examination process.

Search the appropriate Tax Appraisal District website for the subject property Communicate and request title work from out of county offices Communicate and request bring to dates from out of county offices Other Responsibilities: Check the Do Not Open/Close List for the subject property Order Tax Certificates for all orders Track and log all orders into the CRM and assign to sales representative and escrow officers. Requirements 1-3 years of Title or Escrow related experience Proficient with Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.) Knowledgeable of Simplifile platform and County recording requirements Meticulous attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary Health benefits FSA and HSA options 401(k) with employer matching 100% up to 4% of salary Life insurance Paid company holidays.
