Job description

A Day in the Life of the Senior Business Operations Coordinator:

The Senior Business Operations Coordinator supports the National Sales team by providing critical operational services across billing, project coordination, and vendor management. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain end-to-end workflow continuity, strengthen communication, and reduce duplication to drive efficiency and accuracy. This is a remote position with opportunities to contribute across multiple functions within Business Operations.

  • Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.
  • Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.
  • Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table:

  • Rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge, including endtoend operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, service provisioning, billing/accounting workflows, and project management principles.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance business operations efficiency by automating routine tasks, accelerating data analysis, and improving reporting and executivelevel communications.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational discipline with exceptional attention to detail, followthrough, and ownership of deliverables.
  • Exhibit high proficiency in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders, work styles, and organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multitask effectively, and deliver highquality results in fastpaced, dynamic environments.
  • Advanced computer literacy with handson experience using Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau, and QGIS to support operational and analytical objectives.
  • Extensive data analytics experience working with large, complex datasets, including sales pipeline management, revenue analysis, forecasting, and churn reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operations design.
  • Experience supporting telecommunications order-to-bill processes (ordering/provisioning, billing, invoicing, credits/adjustments).
  • Working knowledge of service delivery/provisioning concepts (circuit IDs, install milestones, MACDs, service activation).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and experience building repeatable reporting/dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar).
  • Experience with CRM and/or order management/billing systems (e.g., SugarCRM, ICOMS, Netcracker, or comparable platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to document and improve workflows (SOPs, RACI, process maps), including cross-functional handoffs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Base Salary:The base salary range for this position is $26-$30 hourly. The base pay rangerepresentsthe low and high end of the hiring range for this job.Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based onvarious factorsincluding but notlimited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
