  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Deliver strategic insights on competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging market trends to support regional decision-making and forecast planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships across Engineering & Standards teams, Operations, and Procurement departments to ensure products are specified and approved.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work daily with an internal sales team to coordinate quotes, drawings, orders, and pricing updates.
  • Training & Events: Conduct product training for customers and attend relevant market trade shows and industry events.

  • Industry Experience: You have sales experience within the electrical utility industry, whether from a manufacturer, distributor, electric utility,  or a manufacturer’s representative firm.
  • Grid Knowledgeable: You bring an understanding of electric grid infrastructure and how utility components support the broader system.
  • Technically Exposed: You have meaningful technical exposure that allows you to navigate engineering and operational discussions.
  • Highly Organized & Self-Motivated: You are structured, disciplined, and capable of independently managing multiple manufacturers and 10+ customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Relationship-Driven: You have an outgoing personality and naturally build strong, lasting professional relationships.
