About the Role

As the Account Manager, you will lead sales planning and execution for HARMAN Lifestyle brands across Carrier, Wireless Distributor, Dealer, and Retail store channels. You will develop and manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, achieve assigned sales targets, and execute go-to-market strategies. You will also oversee forecasting, budget management, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful business execution.

What You Will Do

  • Manage strategic relationships with Carrier, Wireless Distributor, Dealer, and Retail customers to drive sales growth and business development.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including new product launches, merchandising strategies, promotional programs, and sell-through initiatives.
  • Forecast customer demand, monitor purchase orders, and partner with Order Management and Supply Planning to ensure timely product fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, financial analyses, monthly business reports, and manage assigned sales quotas, budgets, and marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Coordinate new product setup, distribute marketing assets and communications, and ensure customers have the resources needed to support successful launches.
  • Deliver customer presentations, product training, and dealer education events using PowerPoint or Keynote while maintaining regular communication through meetings, calls, and virtual channels.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 10+ years of consumer electronics sales experience, preferably in audio products, accessories, product management, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing Carrier, Wireless Distributor, Dealer, or Retail accounts, including relationships with key wireless carriers and national retailers.
  • Demonstrated success managing annual sales budgets, revenue targets, SKU-level forecasting, and business planning.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Planning, and Order Management, to deliver customer solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth and exceeding business objectives.
  • Established credibility as a trusted advisor and strategic partner with key customer accounts.
