Position Overview

Weโ€™re looking for aย self-motivated, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representativeย to drive revenue and support independent retailers across North America. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Manage 200โ€“400 accounts through proactive outreach (calls, emails, video conferencing).
  • Drive reorders, upsell seasonal products, and re-engage inactive accounts.
  • Oversee pre-book orders during product launches to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Participate in trade shows and virtual events to promote new products.

Customer Engagement

  • Build lasting relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and recommending products.
  • Ensure a seamless buying experience through clear, consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with Territory and District Managers to support account success.

Order & Operations Support
