Job description

A retail pharmacy in Broadlands, VA is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a per diem opportunity from June 22nd through July 11th. This role requires experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software and offers a highly supportive environment, including initial on-site training.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and fill prescriptions using PioneerRx software
  • Assist the pharmacist with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform some non-sterile compounding tasks (training provided during the first days)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with PioneerRx system (required)
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or licensure as required by state law
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Sundays: Closed
