System Analyst InternIntroduction:

We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst Intern III to join our team at TxDOT in Austin, TX. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for blending business analysis with emerging technologies like AI, automation, and scripting. As a Systems Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on Digital Delivery and AI initiatives, analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Support AI-driven initiatives, including model ingestion and data analysis
  • Assist with scripting, prototyping, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
  • Support testing and validation in a fast-paced, agile environment
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Python or scripting experience (Bash is a plus)
