Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with educational goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our digital management system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including teachers and school administrators, to create cohesive support strategies for students in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population primarily consists of school-aged children and their families, many of whom face challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and social adjustment issues. As an LCSW, your role is crucial in helping young clients navigate these challenges, with a strong focus on enhancing their emotional resilience and academic performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
