Job Title: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Solution Architect
Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at client location. The percentage of travel to client sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Job Summary:
As an Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing incentive compensation solutions using Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, architect solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Functions:
• Architect end-to-end solutions for incentive compensation processes leveraging Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system designs.
• Customize configurations to meet unique business requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Optimize and enhance the incentive compensation solution based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Provide expert guidance to ensure the successful adoption of incentive compensation processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, configurations, and integrations.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate relevant teams on the implemented solution.

Position Type and expected hours of work:

Required Education and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation processes and workflows.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation certifications are a plus.
