Job description

Position: Workday Integration Technical Consultant (Workday to Oracle EBS)

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integration development, specifically supporting Workday-to-Oracle EBS interfaces. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, enhancing, testing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between Workday HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

This is a highly technical integration role. Candidates with predominantly functional, reporting, or techno-functional backgrounds and limited Workday Integration development experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday HCM and Oracle EBS modules.
  • Develop Workday Studio integrations for complex business requirements.
  • Create and maintain Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect integrations.
  • Develop custom integrations using Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, and XTT transformations.
  • Develop and support integration middleware where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues.
  • Perform integration testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, Oracle EBS teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.
  • Support post-production enhancements and ongoing maintenance.

  • 10+ years of Workday Integration development experience
