In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
• Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Planning, Functional Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Process, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience understanding business requirements and mapping them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) to understand planning requirements and translating them into system configurations and functional designs as well as set up planning parameters, calendars, sourcing rules, and lead times.
• Experience with design planning models for multi-org or multi-plant environments.
• Testing and deployment experience of custom solutions for Oracle Planning, Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Process and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with participation in functional testing and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Ability to analyze planning performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Ability to support data conversions for Planning and Manufacturing data elements.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Knowledge of Global Manufacturing industries.
• Experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing and Oracle Application Development.
• Experience in Oracle implementation including development of integrations, custom reports and extensions.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
