• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, creating a safe space for clients to explore their mental health challenges.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to design and implement comprehensive intervention plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide follow-up support for clients transitioning from hospital settings, ensuring continuity of care and effective recovery support.
• Identify behaviors that may hinder recovery and employ strategies to mitigate these challenges proactively.
• Engage family members and primary caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing guidance on managing mental health issues and fostering supportive interventions.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds who are facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active license as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida is required.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling or a similar capacity, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its implications for client treatment.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is preferred.
• Relevant training or certifications in specialized areas of mental health counseling, such as trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy.
