Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, closely monitoring clients' progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, ensuring all aspects of the client’s care are addressed cohesively.
• Follow up on cases of clients admitted to local hospitals via coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth transition back to outpatient services.
• Educate and support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing the behavioral challenges associated with their loved one’s mental health conditions.
• Identify potential obstacles to successful recovery and implement proactive strategies to mitigate these challenges, enhancing client resilience.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
