• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings utilizing telehealth technology to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client challenges and objectives, adapting approaches based on client progress.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based practices to ensure effective therapeutic intervention.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring an integrated and comprehensive treatment approach for each client.
• Provide educational resources and support for clients’ families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their active involvement throughout the recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with established ethical and regulatory standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Evergreen, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health counseling setting is preferred.
• Possession of a state-issued LMHC license is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for various mental health issues.
• Exemplary communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and motivate clients toward achieving recovery milestones.
• Strong team collaboration abilities to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience with telebehavioral health services is advantageous, as our clinic utilizes remote platforms for client interactions.
