• Provide empathetic and ethical individual mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline goals and approaches based on each client’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that help clients explore their feelings, enhance their self-awareness, and improve interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly assess clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and assisting them in developing coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety effectively.

Our ideal candidates will support stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of mental health concerns. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress, or life transitions. By focusing on less complex cases, our therapists can concentrate on facilitating personal growth and resilience instead of crisis intervention.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a full license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in various counseling modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a supportive and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in digital communication tools, and an aptitude for navigating therapeutic platforms.

While we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, candidates with prior experience in remote counseling and those who have worked with adult clients in community health settings will be preferred. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems would be beneficial.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. Additional compensation may be available through performance incentives or bonuses.
