• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group sessions, couple's therapy, and family counseling, ensuring that each client or family receives targeted support and resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other therapists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Many clients come to us with limited access to care in traditional settings, making your role even more crucial. You will work closely with these clients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate their healing and growth.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a healthcare team to improve client outcomes.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current mental health research and treatment modalities.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive benefits including:
