Job description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Revenue Operations Lead - this is a remote position for US based candidates. Salary range: 90-160K USD base plus benefits plus equity.

We are the easiest way to extract data from the web. Developers use us to reliably convert URLs into LLM-ready markdown or structured data with a single API call. In our first year, we hit 8 figures in ARR and 125k+ GitHub stars by building the fastest way for developers to get LLM-ready data.

We're a small, fast-moving, technical team building essential infrastructure that superintelligence will use to gather data from the web. We ship fast and deep.

About this role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead with 3+ years of experience to own the operational backbone of our growth motion. You're the type of person who finds what's broken before anyone notices, builds dashboards no one asked for but everyone needs, and quietly saves the company $50K by catching a bad contract. You'll manage the full billing lifecycle, revenue reporting, procurement, and compliance workflows at a company that's hit 8 figures in ARR in its first year. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you'll use AI tools daily to multiply your output and keep a rocketship from shaking apart.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the entire billing lifecycle end-to-end: invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes — ensuring customers are billed correctly and on time
  • Build and maintain revenue dashboards from raw data that give the team real-time visibility into revenue, usage, churn, and expansion
  • Run procurement and vendor operations — managing subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and negotiating terms appropriate for a fast-growing startup
  • Operate SOC 2, GDPR, and compliance workflows at the day-to-day level, keeping everything audit-ready
  • Support enterprise deal operations by handling procurement paperwork, security reviews, and custom billing arrangements that sit between "verbal yes" and "signed contract"
Requirements:
3 - 7 years of experience in revenue/billing operations at a SaaS or usage-based company (Mandatory)
Experience in revenue/billing operations at a SaaS or usage-based company (Mandatory)
Managed billing lifecycle (invoicing, collections, subscriptions) at a usage-based or SaaS company (Mandatory)
Operated SOC 2 or GDPR compliance workflows day-to-day (Nice-to-have)
Supported enterprise deal operations (procurement paperwork, security reviews, custom billing) (Nice-to-have)
Can build revenue dashboards from raw data (SQL or equivalent) (Mandatory)
Uses AI tools daily to automate ops workflows (Nice-to-have)
Why you should join us

We are the web data API for AI — developers use a single API call to convert URLs into LLM-ready data. They hit 8 figures in ARR and 125k+ GitHub stars in their first year.

Series A backed by Nexus Venture Partners, Zapier, Y Combinator, and Shopify's Tobias Lütke. A 39-person team building critical infrastructure for the AI era with massive momentum.

Revenue Operations Lead role owning billing, dashboards, compliance, and procurement end-to-end. $90K–$160K comp with up to 0.05% equity — remote-friendly across the Americas.
