Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to understand the needs of new patients and their families thoroughly.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the identified needs of clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate improvement.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities by completing billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timeframes to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Design and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support clients' stability and long-term mental health.
  • Develop comprehensive discharge plans for clients transitioning out of care, ensuring continuity and support during this critical period.
  • Stay compliant with all pertinent federal and state regulations, as well as adhere to LifeLong Health Care’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and continuing education to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate and share insights with fellow mental health professionals.
  • Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold best practices in mental health care.
