The Opportunity

Help build the systems behind one of California's fastest-growing behavioral healthcare organizations.

Recover Medical Group is seeking an Operations Specialist to work directly with executive leadership in supporting the daily operations of a rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization serving patients throughout California.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity. You'll coordinate projects, improve workflows, build reports, solve operational problems, and help ensure our teams have the tools and processes they need to provide outstanding patient care.

Every day is different. One day you may be building a new operational dashboard, the next coordinating the rollout of a clinical workflow, documenting a new process, or helping implement technology that improves efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with project management tools is preferred.

Healthcare or behavioral health experience is strongly preferred.
