• Deliver comprehensive clinical services by developing personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients on individual service plans, ensuring measurable goals are included to guide their recovery journey.
• Facilitate skill-development sessions aimed at enhancing coping, problem-solving, and communication skills necessary for everyday life.
• Provide education regarding community resources, advocate for clients in accessing these services, and help them navigate external systems effectively.
• Implement and monitor symptom management strategies, focusing on empowering clients to develop self-management skills.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, client progress, and any changes in assessment to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Our primary client demographic includes adults facing various mental health disorders, often experiencing challenges that hinder their ability to maintain independence. This position requires a genuine commitment to promoting recovery and stability for individuals who may be navigating complex social and emotional obstacles.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload effectively, and demonstrate advanced clinical skills.
• No history of disciplinary actions against the state license.
• Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• A proven track record of providing direct clinical services, with an emphasis on developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems to document client interactions and treatment updates.
• Familiarity with community resource allocation and the ability to guide clients through service access.
