We are hiring a Regional Account Manager with a well-established equipment finance and vendor leasing organization known for its strong leadership, entrepreneurial culture, and long-term employee tenure.
 
This high-visibility sales role focuses on developing new vendor finance relationships nationwide, structuring financing solutions, and growing funded lease and finance production across multiple commercial finance verticals.

Responsibilities
- Develop new vendor finance relationships through outbound sales
- Secure partnerships with vendors and referral sources
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to funded transactions
- Structure financing solutions and evaluate pricing and credit
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Generate $8M-$12M+ in annual funded production
- Present to executive-level decision makers
- Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and prospecting tools to manage pipeline activity
- Partner with underwriting and operations teams to close transactions
- Travel nationally as needed and maintain accurate CRM reporting
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years of equipment leasing, vendor finance, or commercial finance sales experience

- Experience building vendor and referral relationships
