As a member of our dynamic community health clinic team, the LICSW will engage in continuous communication and collaborative efforts with healthcare colleagues to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and consistently. • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, inclusive of psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and interventions for patients to identify their needs and create actionable treatment strategies, ensuring all records, including progress notes, are accurately maintained in accordance with department policies.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on crisis intervention and mental health support for patients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Engage and coordinate with families or support systems to enhance understanding and involvement in the client’s treatment and discharge planning process.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Participate in staff meetings and development programs to continually enhance skills and knowledge in the field of clinical social work.

As a vital member of our community health clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, emotional challenges, and social issues affecting their overall well-being. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice and counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A strong foundation in computer skills, particularly in electronic medical records systems, word processing, and data management tools.
• A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, managing multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

• While a minimum of two years of direct social work experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings or crisis intervention are highly encouraged to apply.
