Senior Epicor Kinetic Functional Consultant | Global Aerospace & Defense Implementation

Main Line Talent Group is partnering with a global Aerospace & Defense manufacturer on a long-term, multi-year Epicor Kinetic implementation. We are seeking a senior functional consultant to play a lead role across multiple Kinetic module tracks as part of an integrated delivery team.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, approximately 80% remote with roughly 20% travel to client sites for workshops, design sessions, and key project milestones.

FUNCTIONAL SCOPE

The successful consultant will lead or contribute across the following Kinetic module areas. Candidates with deep expertise in two or more of the following, and working familiarity across the rest, are strongly encouraged to apply:

Sales & Service: Quotes, order entry, sales contracts, pricing, RMAs, case management, warranty management, recall management, global customer management. Customer portal integration is an asset.

Supply Chain: Procurement and inventory management, including purchasing contracts, blanket orders, POs, requisitions, RFP/RFQ, supplier pricing, global supplier management, warehouse and inventory management (including EKW), logistics, and QuickShip. Ecostar supplier portal integration is an asset.

Operations (APS / MES): Forecasting, master production schedule, capacity planning, dispatching and priority management, MES, job management. Integration with third-party advanced S&OP tools is an asset. Industrial Engineering background or designation is an asset.

Quality Assurance: Epicor Advanced Quality, including testing definition and management, inspections (PO receipt, WIP, inventory), non-conformance management, and corrective actions. Cre8tive Compliance experience is an asset.

Product Data Management: Global part management, methods of manufacturing and alternates, revision control, part cross-references, new product release, ECN / ECR. Engineering background is an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of assigned Kinetic modules across a global, multi-site footprint
  • Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions with business stakeholders
  • Translate A&D operating requirements into Kinetic configurations, BPMs, BAQs, and dashboards
  • Partner with integration leads on connections to portals, third-party platforms, and Epicor ECM (DocStar), which will be deployed pervasively across modules
  • Develop training materials and SOPs; support hypercare and user adoption
  • Coordinate with adjacent functional leads to ensure end-to-end process integrity across the Kinetic footprint

Requirements

REQUIRED

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • 10+ years implementing relevant ERP modules
  • 4 to 5 full-cycle Epicor Kinetic (or earlier Epicor) implementations
  • Experience on global ERP implementations (multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-site)
  • Working knowledge of domain best practices across functional areas of focus
  • Manufacturing industry experience; Aerospace & Defense strongly preferred. Other highly regulated industries acceptable (pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, medical device)
  • Working knowledge of Epicor ECM (DocStar)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%; engagement is approximately 80% remote

PREFERRED / ASSET EXPERIENCE

  • Customer portal integrations and complex global pricing / contract structures
  • Ecostar supplier portal integration; multi-warehouse / EKW deployments; QuickShip
