You will have full administrative support to help manage your workload and focus on what you do best—providing exceptional mental health care. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Provide tailored individual counseling and therapy sessions, and when suitable, facilitate family, marriage, and group sessions, drawing from your specialized expertise.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address specific client needs, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Perform routine mental health screenings to identify patient risks and necessary interventions, ensuring safe and supportive care environments.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional growth and improve treatment strategies.
• Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote mental health awareness and resources available to clients and families.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support the clinic’s operational needs and enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
• A valid and active license in your respective field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including experience with children, families, and couples.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary therapeutic techniques, practices, and trends in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent punctuality are essential.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and interventions.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.
• Background in crisis intervention and managing acute mental health-related situations effectively.
• Knowledge of community resources to aid client support and referral processes.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
