Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to travel to be onsite at our East Petersburg, PA location on a quarterly basis.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and enable the execution of department level and or cross-functional initiatives as well as to support and manage systems and related technical projects for various operational business units. Incumbents will lead review current practices and technical specifications in order to support current and future state business objective. Activities will include documenting requirements, procedure updates, process mapping, develop and execute testing scripts, document the testing process, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve systems and processing issues. Required testing will include integration, end-to-end, regression and user-acceptance for highly-regulated, time-sensitive processing systems. Incumbents will also manage special projects related to department objectives and systems initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Contributes to, organizes, and leads, when appropriate, department and potentially cross functional projects, work streams and or activities related to strategic initiatives of the business unit, department and potentially bank. Establishes performance measures, monitors and analyses performance metrics to identify and implement performance-based improvements
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios, document the testing process in compliance with internal policies and procedures, provide test results reporting to management and vendors, assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, manage testing schedule
  • Review technical specifications, use cases and business scenarios, analyze various systems relationships and dependencies to prevent collateral disruption and ensure critical files are processed as required, provide recommendations for process improvements and systems enhancements
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the business and technical ecosystem for their respective areas
  • Lead and or Support internal staff with regard to procedures, training and reporting, resolve escalated systems issues, direct staff and vendors as required

Additional Responsibilities
  • When managing or administering customer-facing systems or technology, troubleshoots issues and guides clients through resolution steps or escalates issues to internal teams as needed. Provides accurate and timely responses to client requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • When managing or administering customer-facing or sales-focuses systems or applications, may work in collaboration with sales delivery and/or client implementation teams to solution and develop client technical and processing requirements, and then to implements those requirements within the system or application. May require interactions with client during requirements gathering.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business related, Information Systems or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
3 or more years software systems testing and implementation in banking, or equivalent combination of leadership, project management, and testing experience. (Required)
Certifications
Lean and or Six Sigma certification. (Preferred)
Certified Test Manager (CTM). (Preferred)

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
