West Central Behavioral Health (WCBH) is seeking a Grants Manager to lead administration, coordination, and compliance oversight of our Rural Health Transformation behavioral health funding initiatives and other assigned government grants. Working closely with the Director of Government Grants, this role keeps grant operations running smoothly across the organization - from compliance tracking and reporting to strategic pipeline development.

This is a strong fit for a detail-oriented grants professional who's comfortable navigating complex federal requirements and turning them into clear systems and reliable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the cross-functional liaison coordinating GO-NORTH implementation, reporting, and timelines
  • Support compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and related grant requirements
  • Partner with Finance on reimbursements, draws, budget modifications, reconciliations, and audit readiness
  • Maintain grant compliance calendars, obligation trackers, and reporting schedules
  • Co-lead development of federal and state grant applications, continuation requests, and amendments
  • Research and evaluate new government funding opportunities to build a forward-looking grants pipeline
  • Monitor performance against grant deliverables and work with program leadership to resolve variances
