Job description

APS maintains the built environment through self-performed services such as cleaning, energy, sustainability, safety, resiliency, power, mechanical, electrical, EV charging, parking, and engineering. This model improves operations, enhances reliability, and allows clients to focus on their core business.

The Senior Director of Operations (SDO) - APS Mobilization Support ensures new APS contracts are implemented in compliance with ABM standards and supports projects such as asset management, CMMS programs, and capital planning during mobilization and beyond.

The Senior Director of Operations - APS Mobilization Support reports to the VP of Ops Support (CX/OS) and works closely with the APS Platform Team and APS Portfolio Leads. This role is responsible for setting up and executing the APS service delivery model for new client contracts (from initial Sales / Opportunities through stabilization and ongoing operations) in collaboration with the Client Experience and Ops Support Program Manager.

Ability to Travel

  • Travel up to 75% of the time, as needed, for ongoing support for mobilization needs.
  • Manage Remote team members that travel as well.

Pay:  $175,000 $200,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
