Job Description:We are seeking a part-time Marketing Operations Manager to support B2B campaign execution and marketing systems operations. This role will focus on building and managing campaigns in Marketo, supporting Salesforce campaign tracking, maintaining clean campaign data, and helping optimize marketing workflows across the client's marketing technology stack.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute B2B email campaigns in Marketo
  • Create and manage audience lists, segmentation, and campaign logic
  • Set up and maintain Salesforce campaigns connected to marketing programs
  • Monitor campaign data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and related tools
  • Identify and troubleshoot data quality, integration, and campaign setup issues
  • Support campaign performance improvements and workflow optimization
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, and well-documented
  • Communicate proactively in a remote, Slack-based team environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 years of Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign and email buildout
  • Experience building audience lists, segments, and campaign workflows
  • Salesforce experience, including campaign creation and campaign data tracking
  • Experience troubleshooting data hygiene, sync, or integration issues between marketing and CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology integrations, such as CRM, event, sales engagement, or automation tools
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or account-based marketing environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA work and identify issues before launch
  • Proactive communication style and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Marketo Certified Expert certification
  • MCP or similar email marketing certification
  • Experience with tools such as Iterable, Nooks, Clay, Drift, On24, or Appcues
  • Experience optimizing automation workflows or campaign operations processes
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
