Job Title: Procurement Operations Specialist Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Type: Contract Compensation: $25.00 - 27.0/hr Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: (not specified)

Responsibilities

  • Triage internal customer and vendor requests via the Procurement Operations shared inbox
  • Create and edit Purchase Orders for buyers within the organization
  • Reassign transactional documents within the Ariba system as prompted via standard processes
  • Support data entry for invoice entry and maintaining the contract repository
  • Identify training opportunities and coordinate training sessions with Procurement team members and business partners or vendors
  • Support centralized buying initiatives by reviewing intake forms and coordinating follow-up discussions with key stakeholders
  • Support reporting analytics and alerts to ensure Procure to Pay compliance across the organization
  • Assist with administrative projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Resource should be located in the greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area (hybrid work schedule)
  • A minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a corporate environment required
  • Procurement experience is not required, but desirable
  • Strong computer skills required; experience using Google Business or comparable business suite (such as Microsoft)
  • Experience with Oracle, Ariba, or a comparable ERP system is preferred, but not required; candidates with other system backgrounds can be trained on the processes
