Overview

Remote flexibility meets meaningful healthcare technology impact in this EMR Application Analyst opportunity.

Ensures the optimal performance, reliability, and functionality of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications within a healthcare environment. Analyzes and troubleshoots application issues, collaborating with clinical and IT teams to tailor EMR systems to meet operational and clinical needs.

Implements system updates and enhancements to maintain security, compliance, and efficiency. Monitors system integrations, documents workflows and configurations, and provides technical support and training to end-users.

Evaluates new EMR features and functionality to improve workflows and user experience, while coordinating with IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related challenges impacting EMR performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Education 

Education:
Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years of relevant work experience required. An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

โ€ข Ability to train end-users and collaborate effectively with IT teams


Motor Vehicle Operator Designation

Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a non-frequent driver.
