Logistics Operations Analyst (High-Impact Team)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Logistics Operations Analyst to support high-volume, time-sensitive delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make quick decisions, and enjoys working with data to solve operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery order rescheduling and assignment support when manual intervention is required
  • Monitor delivery activity across multiple time zones and identify unassigned or delayed orders
  • Take action on exceptions by canceling, rescheduling, or escalating orders based on established guidelines
  • Communicate with internal operations teams regarding:
    • Missing, delayed, or returned orders
    • Damaged shipments requiring escalation
  • Track and update order data using internal systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Identify patterns and share insights to support operational improvements
  • Handle time-sensitive updates and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution

Required Qualifications
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in logistics, operations, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in:
    • SQL
    • Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and data entry required; pivot tables preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or leading processes
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively
