Work Environment

This is a fully remote role allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. You will work from the comfort of your home, while engaging with clients throughout California via video sessions. Our operational teams facilitate smooth clinical workflows, allowing you to dedicate your time and energy to patient care. There are no on-call responsibilities, making it easier for you to manage your schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow counselors and other psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive, holistic treatments for your clients.
  • Utilize our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) and therapy software to monitor client progress through symptom self-assessments and goal tracking.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and client feedback, drawing on the clinical support offered by our team.
  • Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions to discuss cases and seek guidance, ensuring that your clients receive the best care possible.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your typical client base will consist of adults affected by a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will be expected to approach all clients with cultural sensitivity and responsiveness, offering effective therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current, independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist with a minimum of one year of direct clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work competently with a variety of adult populations, particularly those experiencing heightened risks related to mental health.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of recent experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults facing diverse mental health challenges.
  • An enthusiastic and tech-savvy approach to integrating digital tools into your clinical practice.
  • Overall comfort and commitment to treating a comprehensive array of mental health disorders, ensuring culturally inclusive care for all clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
