Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create an optimal work-life balance while facilitating telehealth sessions via our secure online platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through our secure telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide these interactions.
  • Assess clientsโ€™ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client sessions and treatment interventions to comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in teamwork by collaborating with other mental health professionals, sharing insights, and contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
  • Adhere to all relevant ethical and professional guidelines to provide the highest standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to understand and respond to various cultural contexts and individual circumstances will enhance your effectiveness in creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A Masterโ€™s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Must possess an active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
  • Proficient in using technology and digital tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
