Work Environment

This role allows you to work remotely, offering the balance of a home setting while still engaging closely with clients through virtual sessions. While our standard operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional evening or weekend appointments to meet clients' needs, reflecting our dedication to client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' therapy goals.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's specific circumstances.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and facilitate interdisciplinary case discussions.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular supervision, case reviews, and participation in training sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing varied mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within a mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches relevant to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate building strong rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
