• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured diagnostic tools and client interviews to formulate accurate understanding.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address unique client challenges, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on a repertoire of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated care that ensures holistic support for clients.
• Educate clients' families, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process, and encourage active participation in therapy to foster a supportive home environment.
• Document all clinical interventions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to maintain confidentiality and quality of care.

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • A valid license in one of the following disciplines:

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• Proven track record of training or substantial experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices with the ability to tailor interventions to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and enhance therapeutic alliance.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and document client progress.
