• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the immediate and ongoing needs of patients, tailoring therapy accordingly.
• Facilitate open communication among team members, families, and involved parties to monitor each patient's progress effectively.
• Develop and manage a tentative schedule for appointments and home visits, ensuring a structured approach to client care.
• Coordinate critical activities such as home visits and chart reviews to gather essential data and client insights.
• Ensure that the implementation of treatment plans is efficient, effective, and adheres to best practices.
• Take part in interdisciplinary team meetings to foster collaboration and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect patient growth and outline any necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Organize and lead training sessions to ensure staff and team members are proficient in program implementation and documentation standards.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits, providing consistent support to promote continued patient engagement.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure all information is available to relevant stakeholders while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community, helping establish support networks.
• Contribute to the development of training materials aimed at improving care programs for individuals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Kansas is necessary to practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical context, with preferences for candidates who approach therapy with specific focus areas.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma therapy is highly favored.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health counseling.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiar with technologies that support remote counseling solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with a wide range of clients.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a healthcare team, contributing positively to collaborative dynamics.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Benefits include:
