• Conduct thorough assessments to establish clients’ mental health conditions and treatment needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique emotional and psychological challenges, including short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide empathic and supportive one-on-one counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate group or family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and support one another.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress over time, utilizing data to make adjustments to treatment plans as needed for better outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and referrals as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with adult clients presenting a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our focus is on delivering culturally competent care that recognizes and respects the diverse backgrounds of our clients. Candidates who can adapt their therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs will thrive in this role.

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• A solid understanding of current mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other technological tools pertinent to mental health services.

• Experience with telehealth practices and remote counseling methodologies.
• Background in working with a diverse client population, particularly in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
