• Conduct thorough patient assessments through interviews and standardized tools to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Implement individual therapy sessions, with the opportunity to facilitate family, marriage, and group counseling based on your expertise and interests.
• Perform routine mental health screenings to evaluate treatment needs and adjust care plans as necessary to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and collaborate with peers on complex cases.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance your skills and ensure best practices in counseling.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
• Proficient in teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A background in group counseling or family therapy practices is advantageous.
