• Conduct virtual assessments and thorough evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment scales and client interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and integrating client feedback.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes safety, trust, and emotional healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate a comprehensive care plan and ensure clinical interventions are aligned.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and best practices in client confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health counseling through continuous education and professional training.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. Your role will involve working with individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adults, and families, providing necessary emotional support and therapeutic intervention tailored to each unique circumstance.

• Must hold a valid and active Washington state license as a Fully Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of three (3) years of direct counseling experience, ideally in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues and contemporary treatment modalities is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing your time and responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience in working within a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and relevant software tools enhances the quality of client interactions.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), can be advantageous.
