This position is entirely remote, leveraging advanced telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively. You will be part of a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to mental health, continually engaging in training and development to refine your skills and competencies.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Evaluate the unique needs and goals of clients to formulate tailored treatment plans, involving them in the planning process.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions targeting a wide array of mental health issues, employing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and narrative therapy.
• Offer couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster healthy relationships among partners.
• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Prepare for and manage crisis intervention scenarios, providing immediate support to individuals in acute distress.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy, attending workshops or training sessions regularly.
• Promote self-care practices among clients, equipping them with tools to foster emotional resilience.
• Represent Aspire Counseling Services with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

You will engage with a varied demographic, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each presenting unique challenges and therapeutic needs. Your role involves creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, encouraging open dialogue and facilitating personal growth. Our diverse patient population requires adaptability and cultural sensitivity, making each interaction critical to fostering trust and rapport.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and couples therapy.
• Proven ability to manage, complete, and document client assessments and treatment plans on time.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
• Skills in crisis management and intervention techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including play therapy or attachment-based therapy.
• Engagement in professional development activities related to mental health and therapy practices.
