Inspire Counseling Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) to join our dynamic team. The position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from your home. You will be part of a collaborative team that meets regularly through video conferencing platforms to discuss patient progress and engage in interdisciplinary approaches for comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews with new clients to understand their mental health history and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in one-on-one and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy to foster clients' emotional growth.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to design and enhance therapeutic programs that enrich the client experience and clinical outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment effectiveness in approved electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and treatment suggestions while learning from the expertise of psychiatric providers and fellow clinicians.
• Evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining a client-centered approach throughout.
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced staff, enhancing the team's overall clinical capacity.
• Perform additional tasks as directed, contributing to the overall mission and values of Inspire Counseling Center.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a varied patient population that includes individuals of all ages, from children to seniors. Your role will encompass working with clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental differences. You will be expected to offer empathetic support and create a safe, inclusive environment where every client feels valued and understood.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling with a focus on serving children and families.
• In-depth knowledge and application of various psychotherapy practices, especially cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• A commitment to providing exceptional, client-centered care and a desire to adapt based on client feedback and needs.
• Strong communication skills and an open-minded approach to interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Experience working with clients who have developmental differences or specific behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development or relevant certifications.

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
