As a fully remote position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work from their home office or any suitable location equipped with a reliable internet connection. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Provide regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group modalities to promote engagement and progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to maintain confidentiality and safeguard client data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and community resources, to facilitate holistic care and referrals when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) to track progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders and the ability to implement appropriate evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Experience in group therapy settings, applying culturally responsive interventions to meet the needs of varied client demographics.
• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care outcomes.
