• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, using standardized tools and personal interviews to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client, thereby promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or solution-focused therapy depending on client preferences.
• Set actionable and measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients who may prefer virtual interactions or face transportation barriers, ensuring they have equitable access to mental health resources.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring that all records are accessible for quality assurance and review.
• Engage in lifelong learning through participation in professional development, workshops, and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our practice emphasizes a client-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is attuned to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual. As a therapist, your role will be pivotal in creating a safe and trusting environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license in one of the following areas: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a safe rapport with clients while exhibiting an empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient management of caseloads and adherence to documentation requirements.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting offering individual or group therapy, especially in a community health clinic or private practice.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and an openness to integrating new methodologies into practice.
