Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Silver Lining, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health concerns. Each client presents unique experiences and backgrounds, and your role will be pivotal in providing tailored support that acknowledges and respects their individuality.

Qualifications
  • Holding a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, where you will be providing services.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, demonstrating your academic foundation in this essential discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of related professional experience, showcasing a depth of knowledge and practice in the field.
