• Assess and diagnose clients' mental health conditions through a structured intake process and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and apply clinical expertise in delivering effective interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize our comprehensive telehealth platform for various communication methods, including secure audio and video consultations, online journal entries, and goal-tracking programs.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on low acuity adults dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship difficulties, and grief. As all patients are pre-screened for stability, you will foster a therapeutic environment where progress and healing can occur without the complexities of severe mental health issues.

• A valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Missouri with no disciplinary actions.
• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Dependable internet connectivity, along with access to a functioning computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

• Experience conducting therapy in remote settings and proficiency with telehealth technologies.
• Familiarity with mental health assessments and developing treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.
• A background in working with diverse populations, particularly in managing non-crisis, low acuity cases.

• A competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
