• Conduct detailed and empathetic client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish diagnostic criteria.
• Craft individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting client well-being and recovery.
• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients and their families to enhance their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Virginia.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating autonomy in client care.

Experience with teletherapy and online therapy platforms is preferred, as well as familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping. Previous experience working in outpatient settings focused on trauma and anxiety disorders will be highly regarded.
