As a member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality telehealth services that support teenagers and young adults in navigating their mental health challenges. Your role requires strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

About the Organization

Evans Care Treatment Center, located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, specializes in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services to adolescents and young adults. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve better mental health through empathetic and efficient therapeutic interventions. We strive to create a supportive environment where our clients can overcome personal barriers, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall well-being.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office dynamic ensures that you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering the highest standard of care. Despite being a remote role, collaboration and communication are essential, as you will engage closely with team members and participate in regular meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth to address a spectrum of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any changes in care in accordance with best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest evidence-based interventions and best practices in behavioral health treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic care to clients.
  • Assist with navigating community resources and support systems for clients and their families.
  • Participate in supervision and training opportunities to sharpen clinical skills and enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus will be on adolescents and young adults seeking behavioral health support. This population often faces unique challenges, including academic stressors, social pressures, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. You will play a critical role in helping these individuals develop coping strategies, promote their resilience, and motivate them towards personal growth and improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated clinical experience working with teenagers and young adults is highly preferred.
  • A solid understanding of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting managing a diverse caseload with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong motivation skills with a proven track record of engaging clients through various therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offered at USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education to foster your growth in the behavioral health field.
