HR Coordinator (Remote – Must live within 1 hour drive of Greenville, SC)

Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking for a high-impact HR role where you can work with multiple clients, grow your expertise, and make a real difference?

At innovateHR, we’re a high-energy HR consulting team that puts people and service first. We move fast, support each other, and take pride in delivering exceptional HR solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and their employees, managing day-to-day HR operations and delivering top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify processes
  • Handle employee changes (payroll updates, benefits, terminations)
  • Support Leave of Absence tracking (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Respond quickly to client and employee inquiries (within 2 hours)
  • Assist with employee relations and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate HR records and workflows
  • Support OSHA reporting, tax notices, and year-end processes
  • Answer employee benefit questions and process QLEs
  • Create reports, surveys, and client-specific training

  • Monthly in-person team meeting in Greenville
  • Full-time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
